Food was great! Service was friendly and very good! My only complaint was that I was freezing the whole time.. I even put on my coat and was still feezing.. everyone in my party complained about the temperature being so cold.

The food was cold,not enough side condiments,not enough meat on my taco salad,very few tomatos.

It's good. I get the same thing every time, because I've been disappointed venturing out in the past. Bumped it a star because what I get is consistently yummy. Service was excellent this last trip. Very pleased

I used to come here often. This may be the last time. They were nice enough to comp most of our food so that was nice. If you are looking for a good steak try El Nopal mexican restaurant on 9th street. Quality is not worth the price here like it used to be.

Fish was excellent. And waitress was exceptionally attentive

Pretty pricey but food was great, service was great all tho we did have to wait a lil while before getting seated. But it was pretty late, about an hr before they closed, but there literally was no one else waiting either.

This was a really good find. The steaks were super flavorful and filling.

Food was good, but took a long time to receive my food

Took the whole family for my Moms birthday. We were seated in the bar section. We were seated quickly and when it was time to order the server was there and ready, our server was fantastic with our table. It was a 6 top and can get quite needy with the mom and mother in law. I do recommend coming here. Looks to be getting an espresso area soon thi year. I'm waiting on that

This place is so awesome! Loved the food and the staff was so friendly! Fresh food is always the best! The environment is a 50's diner and it is so cool! Spend as much time meeting up with friends, eating with your best friend, or even taking some time alone! This was the place for me!!

Both food and service were great.

I ordered a steak in a large party I was the very last one to get my food when more than half of my party was completely done eating my party had to sit and wait on me to get done eating they were not very happy there was a multitude of other problems

Good food and courteous staff. Open face Crab Rangoon appetizer was especially tasty.

Fast, friendly service with a smile and the food cooked exactly as I wanted it. Nice variety of background music that's just the right volume. Clean tables & floors. This is my second tome here and I will return again.

LOVED the crab Rangoon dip! Yummy! I live out of state now, so I haven't been in a while so I was disappointed that they didn't have the spinach artichoke dip. My mom's sandwich was dry, and my daughters Alfredo a bit runny, but I had the steak tips(forget what they're called). They were delicious!!

This is a wonderful place to eat! Lovely staff, very tastey food! Just wish they were open for breakfast!**Ate there again tonight! Still great food and they accommodated my odd request perfectly!**

Got the prime rib. Cooked to order. The baked potatoes are a meal itself. They bring a salad and small loaf of tasty bread with your dinner as well. They have great inexpensive daily lunch specials. Every time I been ther they have a soup of the day with is good too. Mixed drinks a little pricey but good. Service is good most of the time. Once in a while you might get a slow waitress. Nothing to complain about. Restrooms very clean and place is wheelchair accessible every where. I would recommend it for a date or a night to get away from home.

Loved it!! Great down home place to get a Reuben. Can hardly find 1 any more and Washington street had a good one.. And I could relax inside, smoke my cigarette while I wait and when I got done without freezing my butt off. GREAT!!loved it.

Good food, not great! Service seemed okay, but needed reminding. Brought steak before salad, reminded. Did not bring complimentary bread loaf as before. Meal was $45.52 for two, left $5 tip, felt too much considering service. It was obvious waitress was trying hard but not fully trained. We will come back , of course, small town, like choices we have. Usually better. New day, sunny Sunday changing to clouds. Too much food, all fantastic. Just off diets, hard to eat as much. I had chopped steak covered in gravy, mushrooms, peppers, fantastic. Wife had sirloin tips and tanglers. Waitress only one in place, she will get extra tip for super service. We will be back, fantastic.

The food and service has been pretty good all the times I've been there but last night I finished my plate and looked down and there was a hair on my plate. Wasn't me or my girlfriend's hair not the right color. Her biscuit she got was as hard as a rock. I brought it to the waitresses attention and I was given a 2.00 discount. If all I'm worth is 2.00 discount I won't spend my money out there on trash

We went in on a slow day. Service was good. The good was really good. The fries are fantastic.

Food was great as always service could be better. Food makes it worth the lack of service.

Had the sampler appetizer it was awesome great, Hubby had the choice of three seafood plate, I had a ribeye. We both had salad as well as warm bread. The food was real good, salad fresh and crisp, Steak was tender and flavorful, Hubby said all his seafood was prepared perfect as well. Will return as often as we get in the area. Waitress was very skilled and did a great job as well.

Prime rib wasn't prime

Washington St is a very good place to eat if you have friends or family to eat with. The reason for 3 stars is because the prices are crazy and the food isnt even that good. They have lowered their prices a little from the past, but for the taste of their food, it should be cheaper.

Food was not spectacular,and service was very slow. We had a large group,only one waitress. Poor girl didn't even have help bringing the food or drinks out.

My order was wrong when it came out the first time. Order came out and when I picked the wrap up to take a bite this came running out of it. To soggy to eat. No offer by management to take anything off of the bill. Not impressed. Felt bad for waitress.

Last time everything was cooked in microwave. Chicken was nasty and service was awful...no thanks only gave one star because they didn't have negative stars

After 2 attempts at visiting this establishment they will never get another dime of our money. First visit ordered a taco salad. Brought out a SMALL shell with half an inch of ingredients inside. Ridiculous skimpy amount of food for the price. Then tonight giving them a second chance, placed a call in order. When I arrived there was no one in sight. I could hear several talking and laughing loudly in the kitchen. I yelled HELLO? Into the kitchen. No reply. I yelled a second time louder and a woman came out and acted like I was BOTHERING her. I said I have 2 call in orders. And she shrugged and said Ok?? Again like she was really put out that I interrupted their fun. So the $30 I dropped on food there tonight is the last they will ever get from us. Disgraceful! I would like to say the food was fresh and good but the onion tanglers are soggy and cold and the sandwiches leave a lot to be desired as well. Would be a great place to open a restaurant!
